How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
a loose Zone diet, some but very little sugar....... I love wine like a European but drink bourbon like an American (on very good or very bad days) or just whenever

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
quit smoking 6 years ago after my 14 year love affair with cancer ridden tobacco products........ finished my first marathon 2 years ago in under 4 hours.....

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
