How I Eat
I was eating pizza when I registered, but I usually eat mostly paleo with a little yogurt and cheese plus a daily sandwich.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
At CrossFit West Santa Cruz 3 to 4 times a week for a lunch time workout.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I started doing CrossFit to stay as fit as possible to play soccer competitively for as long as possible. I played in high school, red shirted in college, and have played competitive amateur soccer up until my little boy was born.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My friend Patrick Walsh suckered me into checking out CrossFit West Santa Cruz and now I've never looked back.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Weekends are typically family time and I usually miss at least one week day workout.
