How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
We try to stick to Paleo. No bread, pasta, rice, cereal. We shop @ the local Farmers market for all of our Veggies. We buy RAW Goats Milk and eggs from our local Farmer and participate in the local CSA (Community Shared Agriculture) We buy Grass Fed Cow's and have them butchered so we know what we are eating. We eat mostly Beef, not a lot of chicken, some tuna and some pork. Eat salmon at least once a week. a lot of Eggs.

I have been Blessed to Train with some ELITE athletes that will be in the games so i do not program a thing. i Show up and Train and do what they are doing. i do have a good gym at home so i train at home 3-4 times a week also.
