I have been Crossfitting for a little over 5 years and it has been a rollercoaster of hard work and determination. I am a fan of double unders and GHD's and cleans. I dread anything on the minute and OHS's. When I'm not Crossfitting I spend a lot of time with all things Handbells, working part time and hanging out with my dog, Milo.

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played on a state champion field hockey team and ran track in high school. In college I played intra-mural broomball on a coed team.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I began crossfit with my coach in her backyard and then moved onto the local park. We were restricted to mostly body weight stuff and sometimes I miss those days. It sure is nice, however, being in a fully equipped box.
