My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started crossfit with the open in 2012 and have been on and off with a workout plan. 2015 into 2016 I started to consistently making 4 workouts a week, with the occasional two-a-day.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I go to my crossfit affiliate 4 times a week.
