How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I like to cook at home, but do occasionally go out to eat.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I do cross fit and mix in outdoor activities like Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking, Wake Surfing, Swimming, and Trail Running.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I was 3 year starting Varsity QB & Free Safety at my high school - and was awarded all-state free safety. Played Basketball and a little lacrosse
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started cross fit in 2012 and have been on and off with crossfit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I go to my crossfit affiliate 4 times a week.
