I played youth or high school level sports
Used to play soccer but got tired of all the injuries. I could never do a cartwheel as a child. I still can't.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Crossfit taught me that the only way to get better at anything is consistent practice. I'm getting closer to being able to do a toes-to-bar my current goal. Weight training is my favorite because I can see gradual improvement over months rather than years.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I started with a bootcamp that transmogrified to Crossfit so I transitioned into Crossfit
