How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
A balancing act here. Absolutely an area I could use improvement. While I'm still a long ways away from where I'd like to be, nutritionally speaking, I'm miles from where I was when I started Crossfit.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
4-5 WODs a week with Volleyball, Running and Yoga in between.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I regularly play recreational sports
Wasn't an athlete in my youth at all but exercised on a regular-ish basis. Mostly weights and treadmill at Global-Gyms.
