I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played varsity soccer throughout high school and intramural while in college at the University of Kentucky.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I began attending personal training sessions with Coach Randal in Aug 2009, transitioned into the Kettlebell program, and now have incorporated indoor Crossfit as well.
