RAW has the best coaches!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Rest twice a week, sometimes once if feeling spry.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
About a year since was out for four months with wrist ligament surgery.
