ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

Fruit>veggies. 3 meals a day. mid-morning snack. Making effort to increase veggies. Weakness, my kryptonite is ice cream.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I record my workouts

In addition to R.A.W wods, I make up my own WODs on open gym sundays.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I regularly play recreational sports

Squash. Tennis, swimming in my youth.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I was a prior gym rat, training a body part at a time combined with cardio. Through the years I continued to play tennis, racquetball, squash, basketball, swimming, but bordem began to take over with these activities. Activity always part of my life like eating and sleeping, but I was beginnig to lose interest in my usual routine. It got to the point that working out was a chore like doing your laundry. Crossfit has taken me to new levels, coordinating muscle movements, and as recently advertised "functional movement". I quickly noticed, I was working other muscles inadvertently while focusing on the task at hand. When you want results, crosffit 3x week. (or more if able) An hour of crossfit at a quality BOX is equal to 3hours by yourself in the gym. The environment and people make the workout product 1+1=3. (more than you could do on your own) High quality, high effort, high intensity all with proper form and instruction of course. When you want results and personal improvments, it is easy to see.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

Starting year 3 (last 18 months very consistent)
