I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I started CrossFit with two workouts per week. I am now putting in three workouts per week. This is my main source of training. I will go out and get a run in on the weekends occasionally.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
One year and one month in. Everyday I am getting better! Lighter, stronger, faster, healthier, and involved!
