I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

i train 5 days a week at Cincinnati Strength & Conditioning (Crossfit Steel Place). i followed the "will" program after the open last year. After regionals I switched to the Invictus "competition" programming. Seen great results.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I have been doing Crossfit since 2010. Three years ago a cousin of mine passed away and it really affected me in a momentous way. He was very much into fitness and that inspired me to be the best version of myself. Immediately after I returned home from the funeral, I joined a gym and started getting at it. Once I found out he did Crossfit I started getting on the mainsite and ever since then Ive been hooked. I am keeping my fitness up.

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
