How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
My 3 main meals (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are paleo based for 5 days a week. 1 day a week I have cheat meals. In-between meals I try to keep to fruits, nuts and protein shakes.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I work out of Peak 360 Fitness in Miami, FL 4 days a week under the tutelage of Coach Guido Trinidad.
