How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Pretty much try and stay away from things that don't have MSG and things that are unclean like anything that wasn't made in a factory probably isn't good for you...
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I follow MisFit athletics program, I also try and attend multiple yoga classes to work core strength, and have a cable machine at home for my isolation exercises.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I don't want to injure myself I try and stay away from most outdoor stuff.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
I'm also a certified scuba instructor, ordained minister, marriage and family counselor, and I like to have a good time.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
If I'm not glued to the tv watching it's always sunny, or playing video games I try and exercise a little.
