Played sports most of my life. Love the feeling of competing and being on a team. Started crossfit to lose weight, and after three months I didn't care about my weight, I just wanted to be better, better at everything. I would never work out any other way. My box is filled with phenomenal people and the most unbelievable coach's, and I'm just so happy to be a part of all that crossfit offers.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
80% paleo, zone seems to work well for me. I usually eat what I want on weekends, got to be realistic and enjoy life too!

3 years, but multiple injures put me out for a few a months at a time, not to mention just life in general.
