How I Eat
I like to say I eat Paleo - ish. The -ish consists of a cheat meal a week and milk in my coffee. It's the first time in my life where I can feel my food actually working as my fuel and providing support to my training.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
We've got an awesome coach who does our programming. I find my body feels best when I get a few Yoga practices in each week also.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I rowed for the University of Connecticut.
My Experience With CrossFit

My first husband passed away completely unexpectedly about 3 years ago and I can't imagine not having the Green Mountain CrossFit community around me during this time. My CrossFit experience is very much about the relationships and friendships that I have built. Not only do we support eachother through hell and back in our workouts each day, but it has proven to help us learn how to support eachother through hell and back when life gets tough.
