Completely un-athletic childhood/adulthood. Did not start crossfit (or exercising really) until my late 20s, ~10 months ago. Exercising now for health and longevity! I'm a total freaking newb.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat Paleo but I'm also a baker (really decent at it too), soooo that's hard to accomplish sometimes.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I CrossFit 2x a week, lots and lots of rest days!! Sometimes I work out at home, but never as intense as a CrossFit workout.
