How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Food is good, but quality food is the best! Eating Paleo has changes my life. I feel so good and it shows too. I have reached my ideal body weight and am sustaining it while striving to now gain more muscle mass. I eat well most week days, but I must say, I do eat pizza once a week... :)

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played women's volleyball in college and regularly play on a city league women's volleyball team and coed softball team every fall and spring! I also train once a week with an archery club. I am planning to compete in the Utah Summer Games this year in weightlifting, volleyball and archery.
My Experience With CrossFit

"I want to become a trainer one day" was what I said last Open, making it a reality has been AMAZING!! I have now been certified since October 2012. Coaching has been and will ever be a great experience and something i truly enjoy. Crossfit is something that I love and try to get others to do! It has changed my life as well as my family! It fills the void of fun and variety that I need :)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I Crossfit 6 days a week with 2 strict active rest days.
