How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I count calories and try to eat as high quality as I can. I am learning what it means to eat real food. After losing over 100 lbs, I am working to maintain my health & weightloss!

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

Before crossfit, I slowly incorporated workouts into my fitness regimen. I first walked, then became a runner and I have run several races including half marathons and a marathon. Eventually, I started lifting weights and doing aerobics classes at the YMCA. But NOTHING compares to CF. <3

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
