How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
For the most part I eat according to the Paleo diet, high in proteins and low carbs. I have lost a great deal of stomach fat and have gone down two pant sizes in two months.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I coach Youth gymnastics four times a week and work out at a nearby box three to four times a week. I use CrossFit.com workouts at home when I do not workout at my affiliate (Crossfit Asia)
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I was in High School track and field many years ago and have coached Youth Gymnastics for twenty years and stay real active.
