I have always kept reasonably fit, but have being doing CrossFit for the past 4 years, 2-3 times a week, and enjoy the challenge (but not the injuries). I do Pilates to try to protect my back (but I still hurt it), and cycle because it's impact-free (except when I fell off and cracked my pelvis).
How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I don't have time to eat specifically healthy foods, but don't eat much "crap". My wife cooks a nutritious evening meal.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
An hour of CrossFit with a small group and a coach 2-3 times a week, with Benji Schwartz and his team of task-masters, Pilates once a week (with Fi, a CrossFit superwoman), a bike ride once-twice a week.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played Club competition tennis weekly for 40 years.
