Graduated from Mariner HS in 2005 most notable accomplishment I held the track and field record for javeline until 2010. I joined the US Marine Corps. in the summer of 2005 and where upon which I left to find the leader inside myself and sought self mastery. I came home did a few no where jobs until I found myself in law enforcement for Tulalip Fish and Wildlife Enforcement I wouldn't call it work at times but it pays the bills. I've been apart of my Box for just under a year now and will never go back to bodybuilding it's boring and time consuming. I live life the fullest I can daily for tomorrow isn't promised to us all.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I don't do strict paleo par say like "Rich Froning" I like food to much lol, I just limit my intake to smaller portions the King,Prince, and Popper ideals to eating.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
On days I cannot make the WOD at my Box ill just do a scaled version at my local gym or just one of my own. Because I don't think the staff would like me dropping the 45 ibs plates let alone the bar which is a Big No, No at any CF Box without plates. if you don't know why come to a workout and ask,
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I've been active my entire life, every year lettermen athlete while in HS. And through all of my military days up until now physical activity has been apart of my daily routine.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I decided to take a drive through my neighborhood and came across this odd looking place at first I thought it was, a MMA training facility upon closer inspection. I read CFMV and thought I read about this kind of athletic event I walked in and signed up. without knowing what it really was all about I figured I served 4 years as an active duty Marine how hard could this be right lol. That was about a year ago and 20 pounds ago I love this without a doubt the coaches and my crossfit family.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I usually attend my (Box) for WOD's anywhere from 4-5 days a week if I cannot make those days ill either just hit my local gym for and do the WOD on my own or use the MMA center for a workout. "a body in motion, stays in motion.."
