How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I follow the Paleo lifestyle most of the time. I allow myself a cheat meal or so during the week just to keep a balance and for those special treats. I try to keep my limit to two. I've learned through Whole 30 and the Paleo lifestyle that my body reacts very negatively to refined sugar.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I will be celebrating my 6th year of being a Stage IV cancer survivor this coming July. I give a large amount of credit to CrossFit and Paleo eating. My odds were not great and I'm still here! Plus I've lost 45+lbs to boot.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I workout 5 days a week. It's a good balance.
