-Ex -Motocrosser, Motorcycle Trials guy. Came back to trials a couple of years ago with good success -At the tail end of a competitive international On and Off road triathlon career. -Just took up IPSC competitive shooting and about to touch my toes in to 3-Gun -Really enjoy training my dogs and the behaviors behind the scenes (on both sides..) -6 Heart procedures (2 major) and stroke survivor Compete? I just dig going head to head with rules and challenges. As an 'aerobic' guy, Crossfit is quite a challenge I also enjoy that Crossfit 'travels' with me wherever I go. it gets me in the door and then all the competitive stories keep it flowing....
