How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I live on Progenex milkshakes, steak and sweet potatoes.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

I ran 10+ half or full marathons each year in 2012-2014. I'm considering retirement. I generally follow the programming at my home gym and add additional work 2-3x a week to keep things moving forward.
