I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Workout @ Windy City Crossfit! I love that place!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played baseball,basketball,football and Wrestled. Wrestling and football were my true passions!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I try and workout 5 days a week sometimes 4. All depending on my work schedual. I need to put in some active recovery days.
