How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Steak,chiken,vegtable,fruits,nuts....and some cheat meals one time per 2 weeks maybe

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I have a coach who determines my programming

my athletic background is boxing and when i was a figther i was tuching everything ...lifting...running...diving...everything!!! its inside me i need to challenge

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

The first time i saw a crossfit worckout it was from a friend it impressed me a lot so i tried to recreated it but i was doing it the bad way so i started at crossfit laval

My Work/Rest Schedule

I strictly schedule my rest days

i worckout a minimum 5 time per week and usually rest on week end sometime i even train 2 time in the same day depend how do i feel i know to much is like not enough but when there is passion sometime it is hard to resist!
