This will be my second year in the open. I just updated my numbers from last year and am shocked at the results. I love this stuff. My goal is to be top 1,000 in my region.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I tried paleo, which is great for loosing weight, but find I need more carbs than veggies can feasibly provide for brain power and physical power.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
4x per week at 5:30am: M T Th F

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
Have a garage gym at home used mostly to supplement the one hour I get to spend with a coach. Squats and snatches are my focus.
