My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I regularly play recreational sports
I have exercised for most of my adult life. I run 3 times a week and am usually training for a 1/2 or full marathon once or twice a year.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Has helped my running greatly.
