Race Mountain bike in Costa Rica 14 yrs ago / National top 10 in sub 23 cat/ 6 place in national games/ National Top ten in junior cat/ I played other sports before,just for fun , soccer,swimming ,Road bike,tennis.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
crossfit change my life and my wife. My gold is introduce all my family in crossfit and have a better live.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
