How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
My coach was right, I needed protein in my lacto-ovo vegetarian diet to increase my performance. For the 1st time in 15 years, I did, and it has been made a positive impact.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
followed by training in my home garage gym and a dedicated yoga practice.

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I jumped into crossfit and competed in my 1st competition 18 days into my training, thanks to my mentor, coach, and boyfriend. It has been an exciting uphill battle since then.
