Bio

Coached by Alex Cardenas, who has helped me reach my goal of competing at the CrossFit Games. Part of Team Entropy. I have learned a lot about myself since I started CrossFit in March 2011. It's been an amazing journey, reaching my goals, pushing past barriers and helping others in our community. I look forward to my road ahead with all the amazing people that I have met in the CrossFit community.
