Medical student graduating in May 2014, with the goal becoming a Family Medicine physician and Hospice care practitioner. Belly dancer for 11 years, belly dance teacher for 8 years, competed and danced in several shows, won two awards for first and second place in dance competitions.
How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also do at least 1 hour of yoga a week, and Turbofire once a week. I stretch 30min after every WOD. I belly dance at least 30min a week.
