How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I usually eat whenever I am hungry and try to restrict myself to a clean diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I train 5-6 times a week with 1-2 rest days in between. I rest my body when it asks me too and I do not work out to exhaustion.
