Grew up In Merritt Island, Florida. Attended the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). Worked as an art director in advertising for 12 years. Met the love of my life and became a very proud mother of two boys who are now 9 and 7.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Just finishing the 8 week WLC at the advanced level. I will continue the Paleo/clean eating. But will have some wine over the weekends.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I record my workouts
CrossFit M-F at 5:30 am. It's the best way to start the day! 1 hour of kettle bells with a trainer Mon and Wed. MMA with a trainer on Fri.

CrossFit Impact and has changed my life. Coach Carlos has done this by showing me how to become, dare I say, a better "athlete." And opening my eyes to cleaner eating and embracing Paleo. Because of this, my two boys will be healthier and this gives me great peace of mind.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Weekends are crazy with the boys' sports, so if I can get a workout in, great. But I don't beat myself up if I can't get one in.
