Still feel like I'm pretty new to crossfit, and I can't rx everything, but thought this would be a good opportunity to have fun with the crossfit community.
How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try and follow the paleo lifestyle and do whole 30 once a year, but I regularly have cheat meals.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I use to dance ballet in high school. That counts, right?
