Over the years I have tried working out at a gym, doing a boot camp, or working out with friends. None of those choice ever gave me the satisfaction that I have gotten with Cross Fit. When I leave I feel good, and the support I get from those around me encourages me to try harder without making me feel bad if I can't do it.
How I Eat
I try to eat a lot of protein throughout my day. I try to eat a lot of veggies and white meat or beef low in fat. I measure my food when I can. But I still enjoy a good IPA any day of the week. I try to pick my battles when it comes to cheating.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
If I can't make it to CF Foothill, I try to do the workouts at home or make up for it with another workout to make up the difference.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to go 4 to 5 times a week, and do fun workout activities on the weekend. Crossfit has helped me stay out doors more and become active in my area.
