I've worked out consistently for about 8 years and I just started Crossfit in January when I moved to New York City. I love how it's pushing me harder than ever before and meeting so many new people.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I use an app to make sure I'm getting the right balance of macronutrients daily and strive for high protein, quality carbs and trying to cut back on dairy.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I regularly play recreational sports
I went to traditional gyms for years and try to stay active doing things like yoga and jogging.
