How I Eat
I eat whatever will make my belly and heart happy :) A clean diet - but not afraid to splurge on the weekend. Chocolate covered almonds and ice cream are the keys to success and happiness.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually train 5 days a week. Usually 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. I like to listen to my body - if it needs rest, I need rest! ...And a little yoga once a week never hurt nobody!
