My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
2012, 2013, 2015, 2016: Regionals Team Athlete with Team CrossFit Select. 2014: Regionals Individual Athlete :) Fortunate enough to podium with Team Select in 2012 and 2013 at the Canada East Regionals. Competed at the 2013 Reebok Crossfit Games with Team Select <3 Love the people I train with and very fortunate to have found a sport that I love.
