How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started CrossFit in 2011 but suffered a spinal cord injury in Oct 2012 that lead to paralysis. Wheelchair bound for five months. Have been in rehab and physical therapy for 1 year and 5 months. To date, walking has been restored to 70% but lower muscle functionality and range of motion is still deficient.
