How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started CrossFit in 2011 but suffered an incomplete spinal cord injury in Oct 2012 that lead to bi-lateral paralysis of the lower extremities. Admited to rehab and was in physical therapy for 2 yrs, that also included modiifed and scaled CrossFit training as well as gymnastics training. Through Gods grace I have been able to stand and walk again. To date, gait patterns, functional movement and bodily functions has been restored to about 80% however, neurogenic muscular atrophy to lower extremities and muscle recruitment functionality along with range of motion is still deficient.
