How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I thought I ate healthy, i.e. whole foods, whole grains, no packaged or processed and drank mainly water but came to the realization that my diet was crap, too much carbs, too much dairy and not enough raw vegs. I am a new yorker who struggles to find good food around my workplace, so I plan on preparing lunch myself when I start my strict paleo diet march 5th

I played youth or high school level sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I strictly schedule my rest days
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Goal by July 1st, 2012 - kill my Crossfit open times in Fran, Helen, Grace, the Filthy 50, Fight Gone Bad. Be able to sprint 400m in a minute and knock at least 4 minutes off (or a 7:00 mile or better) my best 5K timed race [11/5/2011]
