How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I choose to eat a zone balance diet, not strict, close!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Bike and run on my own.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
No athletics, but was no couch potato either! Hicking, Cross skying, Mt. bike, Kick boxing! always active, crossfit has made me stronge!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I love the inspreration of having a coach and other team mates to workout with!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I workout 4 times a week, with a rest day in between.
