I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
As well as running 3-4 miles at least 2 times a week and some endurance cardio classes.

I played youth or high school level sports
Have been working out since High school Regularly. Competed in 2 Fitness competitions in 2003 and 1 in 2012. Have been doing Crossfit Regularly since January 2012.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
Started on my own, then went to Crossfit jackson for 3-6 months, Wolf River Crossfit for almost 1 year and 1 year at Crossfit Chickasaw. I also workout with Crossfit Jackson when in Jackson, TN for work! Currently I am at Crossfit Colliervillr
