I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I follow the training schelude that is planned for the gym but it varies due to my constantly changing work schedule.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played football, basketball, and participated in track and field. I have also been involved in many outdoor activities: including mountain biking, road biking, skiing, rock climbing, backpacking, hiking, and water sports.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
My workout schedule is based around work. Generally try to workout 4 days a week.
