How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat mostly Paleo, but given my fitness goals include weight gain I sometimes include gluten free carbs in my diet, including the occasional rice to add those extra calories.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I used to do a lot of working out at home, and have gone through various programs like p90x, but these days the majority of my exercise comes from crossfitting at my local box in Portsmouth.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I only recently started crossfitting, maybe 2 months ago in January of 2014. I'd been meaning to try it for a long time, and so far it's been an incredible experience. I so far just focus on sticking to a schedule at the group classes, and haven't tried a coach or taking any certifications.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Right now I'm working out about 4 times a week on average. Sometimes I'll get a 5th workout in, but as a newcomer to crossfit I'm trying to make sure I pace myself before I get into an every day schedule.
