I regularly play recreational sports
I've never been very athletic. However, I started running and racing (not very well) in my early 30's. I began crossfit to cross train for distance running while training for my second marathon. Now I run to cross train for cross fit.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started New Year's Eve 2010 when my brother-in-law convinced me to try a class with him. I've been a regular ever since.
