How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Eat paleo with diary iin the form of goats milk

How I Train

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I write my own programming

I record my workouts

I train at RAW strength and conditioning. This is a version of a garage gym my partner runs CrossFit Norwest in Sydney which is the affiliate

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I played professional sports

I regularly play recreational sports

Played professional rugby league, decent level in rugby union and done an ironman triathlon, ultra marathons, bodybuilding comp and recently strongman. Just like crossfit ok at them all but really good at any.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I have attended one or more specialty courses

Started 3 years ago but doing less and less as i get older. Smarter training I think

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

Mix of single and double days but no metcon bashing like typical 20min amraps. Interval work (cardio/running/rowing/swimming) , strength, olympic lifting and gymnastic work in dedicated sessions with intervals combining all aspects. Rarely do a traditional "CrossFit" metcon

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

2-4 years

Been participating in the sport of CrossFit for 3 years but out of that only did "CrossFit" for 1 year. I program around CrossFit to be better at CrossFit. Not more and more CrossFit
