How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat paleo 95% of the time and generally I try to eat mostly non processed foods. I practice I.M Fasting as I find it makes me feel really good.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I try to crossfit at least 2xpw as well as going for runs/hiking and bikes rides. As long as I do some thing active everyday and am challenged, I am happy.
