I am an adamant supporter of a healthy life style and joining CrossFit Oahu was the best thing I ever did for my well being! CrossFit Oahu, its coaches, staff and members are awesome and continually inspire me to keep going and be the best I can be. Every time I walk into the box, I look forward to another heart pumping and toxin releasing WOD! At my age, moving the body gets harder and tougher, but I am so grateful that I am there because by participating in these WODs, I am slowing down the aging process and enjoying life more! I will continue to compete against myself to be better, stronger in mind and body and remain resolute in making healthy lifestyle choices! Mahalo, I love my CrossFit Oahu Ohana!
