How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat whatever is convenient

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

Although I eat as clean as possible working long hours and running my own company does not always allow time to stick to a strick diet. I always try to stick with 5 - 6 meals a day. Biggest vice is chocolate...

How I Train

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I work out at a local gym several times a week and also at home when busy at work, but always enjoy when I get time going to Crossfit West Yorkshire to see how I fair against the others (not well normally)

I played youth or high school level sports

Rugby, Thai Boxing, MMA

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I try to get to Crossfit west Yorkshire at least once a week since starting in January this year.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I would love to work out a lot more but finding time after working long hours and having a family I find it hard to get enough time to really put my energy into training although I really enjoy a good hard class when I get there.
